The likelihood score (0–100) combines several factors: how overdue they are, order frequency consistency, order value trend (increasing vs decreasing), order count (loyalty), and recency. Higher scores mean they're more likely to reorder soon. HIGH urgency means contact within 24–48 hours; MEDIUM means this week or next.
